We're a diverse group of dreamers, builders, and food enthusiasts united by one mission: making fresh, local food accessible to every urban community.
To create a decentralized urban food system that brings fresh, nutritious vegetables to every city dweller while empowering local communities.
Transparency, self-sustenance, circular economy, unconventinal thinking, and the belief that technology should serve humanity, not the other way around.
To build cities that function like thriving ecosystems—where technology and nature work together, enabling humans, plants, and animals to coexist in a self-sustaining cycle.
The passionate individuals building the future of cities

Founder & CEO
A mechatronics engineer turned climate-tech rebel, Tejas leads Farmience with a deep obsession for systems thinking and urban self-sustenance. He's the one who won't shut up about decentralization and believes farming should be as local as your corner chai shop. He’s spent 2 years in deep tech, product dev, and grassroots execution — and isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty, literally.

Co-Founder & CTO
Lalith is the mechanical genius and maker-in-chief at Farmience. If it’s tangible, movable, or buildable, he's probably already prototyped it. With a background in fabrication, CAD, and IoT integration, he brings real-world hardware to life — turning rooftops into high-tech farms.

AI & Vision Engineer
Aditya is the mind behind FarmienceOS — the AI brain that tells your spinach when to grow and how much to smile. With experience in ML, computer vision, and data modeling, he makes precision agriculture actually precise. He’s published, peer-reviewed, and practically lives in tensorboards.
Industry experts guiding our journey

Technology Advisor

With decades of experience in industrial chemicals, hydroponics, biofuels, and carbon capture, he stands for Aatmanirbhar Bharat, import substitution, and the circular economy. At Farmience, he advises on sustainable tech with a focus on impact, feasibility, and innovation.
We believe great work happens when people feel valued and inspired
We design, build, test, and refine every component ourselves—because true innovation requires full ownership of the process.
Ideas flow best when we create space for deep thought, healthy debate, and shared reflection—often over a cup of chai.
We operate on trust, accountability, and shared purpose. Roles matter more than titles, and contribution defines leadership.
We prioritize curiosity, adaptability, and self-improvement. Growth isn’t a perk—it’s a non-negotiable.
We started in a garage, not a boardroom. It's a reminder that meaningful work doesn’t need permission—just purpose.
From wellness initiatives to fresh produce and learning support, we’re building a work environment that grows with our people.
